Terms of service and refunds
Last updated 2026-10-24. WH-347 Kit (wh347kit.com) is operated by Northpine Labs LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms.
What the service is
WH-347 Kit is a tool that helps you prepare the optional U.S. Department of Labor Form WH-347 (Rev. January 2025) from information you enter. It is not payroll processing, tax, accounting or legal advice, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Labor or any contracting agency.
You are responsible for your certified payroll
You (the contractor or subcontractor) are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of every payroll you submit, for using the correct wage determination(s), classifications, rates and fringe benefits, for overtime and deductions, and for signing the Statement of Compliance. The calculations follow the official instructions and regulations we cite, but you must review every report before signing. Willful falsification of a certified payroll can carry civil or criminal penalties (18 U.S.C. 1001; 31 U.S.C. 3729).
Your data
Your payroll data is stored only in your browser. You are responsible for keeping backups (Account → Export backup file). We cannot recover data that was deleted from your browser.
Free report and subscriptions
Your first report (one project-week) is free. After that, generating reports for new weeks requires an active subscription: $19 per month or $149 per year (about $12.42/month), billed in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in the billing portal (Account → Manage subscription); access continues until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again. Re-printing a week you already generated does not require a subscription.
14-day refund guarantee
If WH-347 Kit isn’t useful to you, you can refund your first subscription payment within 14 days of paying, from Account → Refund first payment, no questions asked. The refund cancels the subscription immediately. Renewal payments are not covered by the self-serve refund; if something went wrong with a renewal, email [email protected] and we will look at it.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including penalties, withheld contract payments or back wages arising from payroll you submitted.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes apply from the next billing period. Contact: [email protected].
